Our mission is not only to improve or maintain patients’ health, but also to ensure that our employees’ well-being is the best it can be. This commitment is reflected in many employee perks.
Employees receive subsidized gym memberships and we reward participation in grassroots sports competitions (running, walking, cycling, skiing etc).
During Covid-19 pandemic, we offered an online workout program and connected employees via smartphone sports app. Above all we promote a good work-life balance.
We try to build innovation into every day at Medis. To collect, evaluate, and reward ideas, we use a "brainstorming app" called Idejnica (something like Think Tank in Slovenian). The tool was developed internally and awarded with a Gold Quill.
