Martina Perharič, PhD, B.S. Pharm, is an experienced healthcare executive manager whose career spans for over 30 years. After receiving her doctorate in medical sciences, she worked as a sales and marketing executive at Aventis and later joined Medis in 2001. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in Medis' expansion and growth, positioning the company as the leading commercialization company in Central and Eastern Europe. As a Chief Business Officer Pharmaceuticals, she is responsible for the business development strategy of pharmaceuticals, and for international partnerships and alliances.

Erna Slana is a seasoned Global Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Medis, she gained experience in the telecommunications, aviation and financial industries. Her in-depth knowledge and experience in Corporate Finance has helped Medis grow into a multinational company with outstanding financial results. She leads and is part of one of the largest teams at Medis responsible for finance, controlling and accounting.

Slavko Pušavec took over the Compliance and Ethics Department after holding several positions in marketing and general business administration. Now he is an advocate for transparent and ethical business practices.

Maja Rojšek has gained experience during her human resource management career in several industries in both local and multinational environments. At Medis, she established and developed effective HR processes with a focus on placing the right people in the right positions, while ensuring a safe and stimulating work environment for all employees.

Cvetka Hočevar leads a team of computer science professionals who ensure that the information system is modern, reliable, and secure. In recent years, she has worked at an accelerated pace on implementing digitalization platforms and solutions.

Maja Frelih is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry. After a career in a multinational pharmaceutical company, she joined Medis Consumer Health Business Unit, which she has led for more than seven years. She is responsible for multi-channel marketing strategy, implementing sales force effectiveness, and motivating and developing her broad international team to exceed customer needs.

Katja Škofic Krašovec, M.S. in Organizational Science, built a strong sales team for Medis Consumer Health in Slovenia and later transferred her knowledge to other Medis markets. She is currently using her leadership skills and experience in business as Sales Director for Medis Consumer Health in the CEE region with the aim of developing high-performing sales teams.

Albina Pečarič, M.S. in Quality Management, heads the strategic business unit Medis Hospital Care, which provides information for medical personnel and supplies hospitals with medicines, medical consumables, and medical equipment in all areas where Medis is active. With her wealth of experience, she takes care of the business unit’s strategic development and nurtures good relations with key opinion partners.

Nataša Špehar gained her experience in aesthetic medicine during her career in other multinational environments.
At Medis, she manages Medis Aesthetic Business Unit together with a dynamic and highly motivated team covering a wide range of high quality Merz Aesthetics products. Her focus is on bringing the latest techniques in non-invasive aesthetic medicine with state-of-the-art products to physicians in the CEE region. She is passionate about beauty and bringing aesthetic procedures to clients so they can feel and look better.

Marjeta Udovič gained extensive experience in marketing and sales in various positions at Medis. Later, she built her leadership skills by managing Medis' Hungarian subsidiary. Currently, she heads the business development department and focuses on bringing innovative medicines to the CEE.

Živa Strnad leads a team of Medis creatives to best present our corporate image in the region. As a Chief Culture Officer she also ensures that working at Medis a joyful and insightful experience.

Urša Klun, PhD, M.S. in Chemistry, has held various global and regional roles at Medis: Product Manager, Country Manager in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Area Manager. Today she manages and coordinates Regulatory Operations, pharmacovigilance and labelling as Director of the Regulatory Affairs Department. Together with the team, she ensures that the medicines needed by patients are available as quickly as possible and in accordance with local laws.

Daša Balderman, M.S. in Economics, manages and coordinates global supply chain activities, including purchasing, forecasting, and inventory management, customer service and distribution, logistics, warehousing, and secondary packaging. She focuses on high-quality, efficient, and compliant operations that effectively support the company’s business strategy.

Nadija Hlača Vravnik began her career as a product specialist and later moved into quality assurance. She manages Quality Department, which covers a wide range of quality assurance management of medicinal products in the GDP and GMP environment.
