Areas of work

Product Managers

Product Managers (Brand Managers and Therapeutic Category Specialists) develop marketing and sales strategies for a particular product or portfolio of products. They produce marketing materials that give our sales force maximum benefits and which adhere to all regulatory guidelines. This also includes working closely with key opinion leaders to help them better understand product specifics.

Sales Force

Medical Representatives and Sales Representatives visit healthcare professionals, presenting products and highlighting their advantages for patients. They usually have no more than five or six minutes for a visit and, during this time, they have to describe precisely what a medicine is designed to do and how it works. This is a challenging and dynamic working environment, with a relatively high autonomy of work.

Regulatory Affairs Division

These are professionals, mostly with pharmacy degrees, who are meticulous and prefer working in an office environment. They draft and review the documentation needed for the registration of medicinal products and medical devices, monitor clinical studies, and record any adverse effects from medicinal products.

Technical & Commercial Operations

This division takes care of everything connected with the supply, purchasing, warehousing, and transport of our products. Its employees have business- or commerce-related qualifications and are engaged as sales staff, purchasing staff, import/export staff, etc. As a team, they must work closely with product managers and the regulatory division in order to control stocks efficiently and provide the most suitable transport/warehousing solutions for medicines.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance ensures the use of best practices in the control of pharmaceutical products. This is the process of verifying the integrity of products in meeting the standards for their proposed use. The QA also ensures that manufacturers meet end users’ needs in terms of product safety, quality, efficacy, strength, reliability, and durability.

Corporate Marketing and PR

This is where promotional materials are produced (advertisements, flyers, brochures, websites, keynote presentations). These team members have various educational backgrounds, from graphic design to communications, and coordinate a range of events such as product promotions, press conferences, and the Medis New Year’s celebrations for employees and clients. The department is also responsible for producing the company’s internal magazine, Prelet.

Information Technology

The IT department is comprised of a diverse group of professionals. They are responsible for the business information system and all computer and technical equipment throughout the company. An important segment of their work is developing information systems, i.e. seeking software solutions to keep up with the company's growth.

Finance & Accounting

The Finance and Accounting Department takes care of all finance-related issues. Typical roles are accountant, account manager, payments clerk, and financial analyst. Most of the members of this department have business or accounting degrees, but there are also other profiles within the group.

Human Resources

The Human Resources department takes care of people and their professional development. Along with the company’s management team, it fosters a culture of excellence and innovation by supporting talent, engaging with employees, and maximizing their work experience. Our HR professionals are the first point of contact for candidates through the selection and hiring process. They also provide educational support, individual development plans, succession planning, and other activities related to employee well-being.
